The Mini-Z Overland

We have introduced the Mini-Z Overland to the Mini-Z lineup.  The Overland shares a chassis with the Mini-Z Monster and while not a hardcore off-roader, it performs well on all sorts of terrain.

Just like the other Mini-Z lines, it comes in Ready Sets and you can change your look by picking up an Auto Scale body.

So without further ado...Welcome Overland, to the Mini-Z lineup.  Stay tuned.  We'll be adding more hop-ups and replacement parts as soon as we can!

Cristian's Corner:  Adjusting your Mini-Z AD Board

My favorite hop-up for my Kyosho MR-02 definitely has to be the KO Propo AD Board conversion set.

The AD board has a better signal, smoother throttle response, and much quicker steering than the regular Mini-Z PCB. This allows for much better control around the track, which in turn leads to quicker lap times.

The problem with the AD setting kit is the fact that the instruction manual and the software interface are in Japanese. Even the English translation manual is not very clear as to what each setting does.  Read More...

Build a Better Mini-Z AWD

Kyosho's Mini-Z AWD is a very capable chassis for competition, but, in contrast to the mighty Mini-Z MR-02, very few people have been capable of squeezing the proper performance out of the car.  This has led to many AWDs out there being forgotten by their owners,  or perhaps being turned into a "fun to play with" drift car.

Here is a short tuning guide to help you get the very most out of your Mini-Z AWD on the track.  Read More...

There is now a Q&A Page for the TGR Sinister.  We'll add to it periodically with any relevant information we dig up from our development or your questions. Read More...

If your questions aren't answered in the Q&A, don't forget about the Sinister Suspension Tuning Guide.

Rob, our Chief-Executive- Speedologist-turned-Video-Editor, put together a new video of the AtomicBuilt Mini-Z Element. If you haven't seen a lithium-powered Mini-Z in action, you haven't lived. Well, that may be a stretch, but you really should take a peek.

Luis Diaz of Lowe's Racing (American LeMans Series) raced with us at one of the recent club racing nights.  For a world-famous race car driver, he is very down to earth and a very talented Mini-Z driver to boot.  Read what Luis had to say about his experience...

Up Next:  PN Racing Mini-Z World Cup:  Almada, Portugal

With all the new stuff coming out, we've had to shorten our lunch breaks from three hours to just one.  Don't worry about us though. Rob tosses in a bag of chips every once in awhile.

3Racing has produced a top-notch line of Micro-T parts. You'll love the chassis and REAL oil shocks!

Check out the newest 1:18 Monster Truck! This beast is an exact replica of the full-scale Dodge Raminator Monster Truck.  Officially licensed by Dodge, it comes completely Ready-to-Run.

The HPI Micro RS4 is a brand new category for us.  These 1:18 Scale Kits come in "sport" and "drift" packages.  The Drift versions are very impressive as they come with HPI's Drift Assist System.

Also new for us...the DuraTrax Vendetta and Vendetta ST!  These 1:18 off-road bad boys have won numerous honors.  The best part? They come 100% Ready-to-Run!

Find a Local Racing Club

We just love to race, and we know you do too. We also know how tough it can be to find other racing enthusiasts, so we created this page to give you a way to connect with other racers in your local area.

You can also submit your local racing club to help other racers find you.
