XMOD Evo FET Upgrade Set

The Evo requires 2 different types of FETs and this set includes one of each. Even with a single layer these are much stronger than the factory FETs, but stack them 2 or 3 high for a very efficient and powerful car.
  • Includes:
    • 1) IRF7324 FET P-Channel
    • 1) IRF9910 FET N-Channel
  • Application Notes:You prep the FETs the same as shown in the XMOD Generation 1 Stacked FET Tutorial. The only difference is that you must pay attention to which FET goes where since there are two different types. The 9910 goes on the front and the 7324 goes on the back. Also, the orientation dots (pin 1) go to the inside of the car. You will find an illustrated photo under "More Pictures" Additonally, you do not solder the 4 output side(outside of car) pins together. The are soldered in pairs. Just take a good look at the factory ones before you pull them off.

This is a sweet upgrade. I installed 2 sets of these a stock Atomic Mods motor, and some of their NiMH batteries and my F150 disappeared...

i bought a set of these to replace my blown stock ones and i instantly noticed smoother throttle response and a slight increase of speed.
