XMOD Evo Car Stiletto Titanium Chassis

Item is out of stock.

The Stiletto Chassis has been so successful for us that we decided to cut it in Titanium Alloy making it the ultimate chassis. The Titanium chassis is not powder coated but left the natural Titanium gray. Aside from color and material it is identical to our  XMOD Evo Car Stiletto Aluminum Chassis. It does not include any hardware, so if you don't already have a Stiletto then you will need to purchase the XMOD Evo Car Stiletto Hardware Kit separately.

Titanium Alloy Definition: Titanium alloys are metallic materials which contain a mixture of titanium and other chemical elements. Such alloys have very high tensile strength and toughness, light weight, extraordinary corrosion resistance, and ability to withstand extreme abuse. However, the high cost of both raw materials and processing limit their use to military applications, aircraft, spacecraft, medical devices, and some premium sports equipment and consumer electronics. (and now XMODS)

However, if you want the ultimate Evo Chassis, this is the one! - Rob

Titanium is as strong as steel but is 67% lighter a major improvment over aluminum.

This thing is expensive, but worth every penny. I have taken several tumbles and had a few head on crashes and not a scratch or any sign of bending. This thing is so freakin tough it amazes me! Thanks Rob!

Altough expensive, the $80 was well worth it. My evo is lgghter faster and better looking. Not to mention the chassis helps the evo get a great increase in rigidity and make is naturally drift controllable. Now I can perform an inertial drift and keep the evo at high speeds. Combined with lithium, the best $110 spent.
