Brushless is the ultimate performance upgrade for your 1:18 scale car or truck.
Brushless is not only more efficient, it provides crazy top speeds and gets
there in a hurry with massive amounts of torque. The included Mamba-25 ESC has a
voltage cutoff feature to keep you from running your pack too low and damaging
it, as well as reverse lockout and reverse speed. Brake strength is also
adjustable. The ESC is plug and play, and all of the basic options can be
programmed from your transmitter, but with the optional Castle Link USB
Programming Kit intense customization is possible.

Speed testing was performed on a Mini-T with the stock gearing. By
running taller gears, even higher speeds can be reached. "Std." refers
to NiCD or Ni-MH packs and "LiPo" refers to Lithium Polymer packs. |
The 4200Kv is likely the best choice for serious
racers. Very flexible via gearing for 2S or 3S LiPo packs for track use with
very long runtimes for bashing and practicing on 6 cell Std. packs. Its not
particularly fast on 6 cell Std. packs, but has a TON of torque, and is lots of fun.
3S LiPo runs are still much faster than any brushed motor option out there, and
you get longer runtimes as well, due to the increased efficiency.
