The parts used below are what we consider the most important in order to be competitive in the stock class at local, national, or even world class events. We
also list these parts in order of importance, so if you can't quite fork out the coin to get us to build it, you can go down the list and add them as your

We start off by choosing any of the available Ready Sets in our website that come in RM, 94mm configuration. This will be the base platform we will use for the car.

Bearings

This car has few rotating parts and even though the bushings are smooth, they wear out quickly and provide unnecessary drag. Bearings will increase your run time, give you a higher top speed, and allow for your motor to remain cooler throughout the run.

A good set of high quality tires is very important to go fast. The best tires we have found to work on the MR-02s currently are PN Racing’s RRR10 rear tires and RSF20 front tires. These tires provide a good balance between front and rear, leading to a very neutral handling car.

These are harder and smoother than their stock counterparts. This translates into smoother and more consistent suspension action in the front of the car.

Springs handle the cornering loads in the front end of the car. We choose Atomic's Orange springs out of the Racing spring set. These springs are the perfect rate for the front of a 94mm MR-02.

H-Plate

If you want consistent suspension action, carbon fiber is the way to go. This plate allows the rear suspension to return effectively to their "center" point allowing for the car to turn consistently the same left to right.

Motor Mount

This mount is simply the best, most adjustable motor mount available in the market. It allows you to raise or lower your real axle as well as run your car in 94 or 98 mm configuration. We run it in 94mm due to its increased grip and maneuverability over the 98mm cars.

This is the ultimate hop-up for the suspension. With the additional stability provided by the Atomic DPS, the car can handle much more power and corner at much higher speeds without loosing rear end grip.
