Acura RSX on Tadiran Outdoor
This was one of our early experiments with XMODS. The rechargeable Tadiran "In-Charge" cells are light and provide good power, but they are no longer in production. Still a fun video especially with Stetson chasing the car, but this is when he hurt his paws.

The following 5 videos in this section were shot at the AtomicMods Race for Education in Indiana at the Columbus North High School in January of 2006. This was a race we sponsored and we were there all weekend, doing educational workshops, tuning tips and just hanging out with the racers. They use XMODS in the classroom to teach science, electronics, mechanics, and physics so they were very knowledgeable and very into the XMODS racing scene.
XMOD Drag Racing
The class built a very cool drag strip complete with an optical timing system. School was nowhere near this fun when I was a kid.
XMOD Racing The Challenge
We decided to allow one of the racers to drive Rob's Nevada in the Modified classes. We didn't want to just pick someone because that seemed unfair, so we had a qualifying race among the top drivers and this is it.
XMOD Racing Semi Finals
This was the first modified race with the Nevada in full effect, the driving was amazing and there were some nice spills.

The last and final modified race. This one was for a Fission AtomicBuilt and a lot of other prizes. There were some great drivers and good cars, but guess which one took the honors...
XMOD Torture Test
After the finals, we thought the motor should be about toast, so we decided to run it and see how much longer it would take to fry it. This weekend was the first time we had used Comm Drops and we were taken by surprise to see how long it lasted, and even when the motor melted down, the brushes were intact. Without the Comm Drops this motor would normally burn up in half the time.
Billet AWD Front Axles Large
We were stunned and amazed when we saw how smooth the new Billet AWD shafts are, so we shot this video to show you. Brad's Ritalin prescription ran out and he got excited and was "Erking" all over the place, so please excuse him. This video also serves as a good benchmark to see how smooth your own car is, or not.

Nagasaki Outdoor Speed Demo
I get asked this question all the time, "How fast can an XMOD go?" Well ask no more, here is a video that shows just how amazingly fast an XMOD can go. The car used was a Nagasaki Class AtomicBuilt with an 11 tooth pinion. The only modification to the Nagasaki build was the addition of the Aluminum Joint Cup Shafts. I tagged the bloopers on the end so you can see how hard these cars are to handle at high speeds. The best speed shot is the side shot, its so fast it appears surreal, but I assure you its the real deal.

Nuke 130SM Speed Test
This speed test was done with a Tamiya speed tester. The test car sports AWD, Carbon Fiber Drive Shaft, RS open bearings, Lithium Power, 4 FET Stack, and the new Nuke 130SM Super Modified Motor.
Lithium Demo Indoor
