What is the "No Questions Asked" Swap program?
There are certain products that if handled incorrectly can be fried or damaged. We realize that people make mistakes so we have a program that allows certain items to be exchanged at a very deep discount should you toast something. Remember, we love this hobby too, and over the years we have toasted a few things ourselves. :)
What items qualify for an NQA Swap?
Currently the V2 Boards, certain battery packs, and loose batteries qualify for this program. If it qualifies, there will be a NQA Swap product option on the product page.
How long from the date of my original purchase can I do an NQA Swap?
You can do an NQA Swap within 6 months of the original purchase.
I bought a battery pack from a friend for $5, can I do a No Questions Asked Swap?

How does the NQA Swap work?
- Simply navigate to the product page and add the No Questions Swap option to your cart.
- Check out and complete payment.
- Print the receipt for your NQA Swap purchase.
- Send in the following three things: the bad item, the original purchase receipt for the bad item, and your new receipt for the NQA Swap purchase.

What shipping service should I use?
It is up to you, but we suggest a method that offers tracking such as UPS. If the product does not make it to us, you will not qualify for the swap.
How long does it take to get an NQA Swap completed?
We ship the replacement product out as soon as we receive the bad one, provided we have it in stock.
Will you let me know when you ship the replacement?
You will automatically receive an e-mail to the address in "Your Account" when the replacement is shipped. Alternatively, you can log in to "Your Account" and check status at any time.
Will I get a brand new product?
In the case of batteries, they are always new, although sometimes we use cells with cosmetic blemishes for swaps. In the case of the V2, we swap it with a repaired unit if we have any available and if not, we ship a new one. Don't worry though, we test every V2 board before sending it out. See our
