Any non-production order placed by 2:00PM CST will be shipped same day. This cutoff time applies to regular business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship the next business day.

Domestic UPS orders that are 100% in stock will ship same day. Orders requiring labor such as Stacked FET boards and AtomicBuilts take 3 - 5 days to build. Repair services generally take 5 - 10 days.

There are a couple of answers that may apply here.
1. You may have something on your order that was out of stock. If we haven't contacted you yet, we will shortly, so be checking your email.
2. You may have a production item on your order. If an item on your order requires our labor, then the order does not qualify for same day shipping. Check the product's page for an estimate on shipping.

USPS orders may or may not ship same day, but should ship within 2 business days under normal conditions.

After you add what you want to the cart, you will see an option at the bottom of the cart to get rates.

It depends on where you live, but most US locations take 3-5 days after it leaves our shop. We fill orders Monday through Friday, except Holidays.

Yes, you will receive an e-mail to the e-mail address you gave us, with the tracking number and ship date. If your e-mail address is wrong or your spam filter is too aggressive, you will not get a tracking number. You can log into your account and check the status of an order.

Pardon the cliché, but you get what you pay for. The post office is very inconsistent on updating tracking information. Sometimes the package is never scanned until it is delivered. If you want reliable tracking information, always choose UPS.

Yes. Orders placed after 2:00PM Central Time Monday - Thursday will ship the next day. Also, orders placed after 2:00PM on Friday or Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday. Also, we do not ship on holidays.

You must order before 2:00PM Central Time Monday - Friday to make the UPS pickup.

UPS does not delivery on Saturday, unless it is specially requested. And even then, they charge a HUGE surcharge for it.

We try to ship most orders within 24 hours of being placed. Some items must be made, and may not be available to ship immediately. We do fill Next Day Air orders ahead of standard ground shipments, but remember your order is not the only one we have.

Certainly, you will be presented with shipping options that are appropriate to your address upon checkout.

Depends on your country and shipping option. Costs will be displayed in the shipping calculator. We believe in presenting you with the costs upfront. All you have to do is add the item to your shopping cart and you will be prompted for your country and postal code.

The Flat Rate option was made available on July 7, 2009. If it can be shipped in a 8" x 5" x 2" (200 x 130 x 43mm) box, and it is under 4 lbs (1.8 kg), then it can ship internationally for $13.50. If you select this option and there are items in your order that do not qualify, you may be charged for the difference in shipping.

Probably not. International packages require much more paperwork, so we cannot guarantee it will leave here same day. It should ship within 2-3 business days though, as long as everything is in stock and requires no production on our part.

YES. There are a few countries that require us to make a trip to the post office, which we cannot do every day. This is required for Russia and Czech Republic, to name two of the most common.

You will get a tracking number. If you selected a Flat Rate option, the tracking number may not update with any information.

UPS should take only a few days. But the least expensive method of US Mail can take 4-6 weeks. You can go to the US Postal Service website www.usps.com and select "Calculate Postage / Calculate International Postage" for an approximate shipping time. But in our experience these times vary a lot. Sometimes the US Mail international delivery times are quite good, and other times they can be very slow. Please don't get mad at us if your package is delayed. Once we ship something it is out of our hands. If you need/want fast, reliable international shipping we recommend UPS.

We understand that you'd like to save on customs fees and VAT taxes. Please realize, however, that falsifying customs forms is a federal offense here in the United States with fines up to $250,000 and imprisonment of up to 10 years. The whole prison thing is kind of a turn-off for us, so we will NOT falsify forms of this kind. If your taxes are too high, we suggest you overthrow your oppressive government.
