Discounts
Dealer discounts range between 30 to 40% depending on the product line. Once approved, you will see the discounted dealer pricing upon login. Dealer prices may fluctuate as they are automatically generated based on manufacturer cost.
Restricted Products
There are certain products that will not be available for resale. Some are AtomicMods exclusive products and others are limited due to our licensing agreements with the manufacturers. Dealers may purchase these items for their own use, but may not resell them and typical dealer discounts do not apply to thse products. If you wish to buy these products, you must create a seperate retail account to buy them under.

Order Minimums
Dealer orders must be at least $200 for the promo code to activate. You must place an opening order of $400.
Payment
Dealers may pay with credit card, PayPal or mail a check or money order. Net terms will not be offered. No COD orders will be accepted.
Shipping
The shopping cart will calculate shipping automatically.
Returns
Products must be within 30 days of receipt, in original condition and unused, with all parts and documentation and in original packaging. See the returns page for details.
Warranty
We will exchange DOA or defective products at our discretion.
Pricing
Dealer is free to sell for whatever price he feels is appropriate.
Application Process
The Application Process is simple. Brick and mortar hobby shops or tracks should send pictures and a tax resale certificate or business license to
support@atomicmods.com. Web dealers will supply the URL of their currently operating website and tax resale certificate or business license.

Product Photos & Descriptions
Dealers may use product photos from the AtomicMods site on their own sites, no other content from AtomicMods.com may be used. The photos may be re-sized, but not cropped or altered in any fashion.
Revocation
Should dealer status be revoked for any reason, dealer must remove all AtomicMods content including but not limited to product photos. Violations will be vigorously prosecuted.
